I'm going to keep this brief because there's a big front page update coming (some of you already know what this is going to be about, so hang tight). In the midst of all this though, I've finally gotten around to creating a Twitter account for the site. I'd held off on Twitter, Facebook and the like for quite a while as I'm not a huge believer in the current social networking craze. We've seen various sites feted as "the next big thing" come and go before, and take huge pieces of the web with them when they kick the bucket, hence my reluctance to get onboard. This time around though, things seem to be a little different - Facebook and Twitter are probably "good enough" to stick around for quite some time. I guess it comes down to a case of "If you can't beat 'em, join 'em".
